Stephen, has provided consultancy, facilitation and coaching services to a wide spectrum of multinationals including international banks in Asia almost 25 years. Prior to this, Stephen was the country learning manager at JPMorgan and then ABN AMRO as a regional learning advisor for their private bank in Asia and their retail network in Singapore.
He currently provides performance enrichment services specializing in delivering high-quality Leadership Programs, and HR Programs. For example he has been part of BP global faculty supporting their leadership programs in Asia. Stephen has also participated as an associate trainer in leadership development programs with Linkage International and a group coach with INSEAD at their Singapore campus. Stephen is part of the global faculty of Korn Ferry, Limitless (UK based), Leading Initiatives International (Aus. based), Accenture (US based), OnTrack (UK), Insights Discovery and Perform Globally (Berlin). Stephen has 2 boys and is based with his family in Singapore. He travels regularly for assignments to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China, the Philippines, Australia, Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand.
Stephen has a Masters in HRD from GWU and is certified in a variety of assessment tools such as the Leadership Circle, Insights Discovery, MBTI (Step I, II), Firo-B, MSCEIT (EI), Team Management Systems, Belbin Team Roles, Linkage LAI 360, Emergenetics, Team Management System, the Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS), Hogan Assessments, Strong Interest Inventory, Benchmarks (360), Skillscope (360) and DiSC profiling tools. He is also familiar with the HHG, TKI, Herman Brain Dominance Instrument, Strengths-Finder 2.0, the Change Style Inventory (CSI), Kolb Learning Styles, Global Executive Leadership Inventory (GELI) and Social Styles. Stephen is a Gallup StrengthsFinder Certified Coach. Stephen uses these instruments in assessing talent in leadership development interventions such as programs and coaching. Stephen has trained behavioral interviewing skills for selection/interviewing managers for organizations such as JPMorgan and ABN AMRO.
